We are so excited to bring your our 2025 Clinic. This is our 5th year and we have some really fun things to share with all you.  

Our goal at the Rodeo Queen Basic Training Clinic is to promote and encourage self-confidence, and positive self-image in young ladies through Rodeo Queening. In order to help continue the growth of the Western Lifestyle, we provide the opportunity and training required for all young ladies who aspire to be a Rodeo Queen at any level. From the littlest pageant to Jr. High School, High School, Local, State, or National Titles, our program is designed to prepare you for competition in any arena you find yourself in. Each trainee will work through the clinic as if they were competing in a regular queen contest. Get ready to experience the best workshops, breakout sessions, and one on one feedback.  Enrollment is limited so get in today.

This option is for young ladies that are just starting out or want to see if they would like to pursue Rodeo Queening.  Learn the ropes of the contest world and get to know the very beginning aspects of being a Rodeo Queen with our workshops Horsemanship, Modeling, Speaking, Answering Impromptu, Personal Interview Question and more. You will learn what to wear and how to wear it.  .  Come dressed in western attire and come ready to learn.  This includes 1 person to accompany you includes dinner on Friday (only) for both.

You’re welcome and encouraged to watch the Gold Buckle participants on Saturday as they participate  in the Mock  Queen Contest performing speeches, modeling and impromptu questions.

You’re welcome to stay for lunch catered by The Grille (additional cost)  as you make connections and develop bonds in the Rodeo Queen World.

  • Gold Buckle Package $450.00 (Must be enrolled in Gold Buckle to receive High School rodeo information).  

This is for young ladies that have never competed before or competed  and want to enhance their queen skills by receiving tailored individual feedback for each category (Appearance, Personality, Horsemanship, Modeling, Speech, Impromptu, Personal Interviews and Knowledge.) This includes 1 person accompanying you, dinner (Friday) and lunch (Saturday) for both.  Additional meals can be purchased

On day one each Gold Buckle participant has the option of  brining their horse to the Box Elder County Fairgrounds and perform an age appropriate horsemanship pattern for our Clinic. We also allow you to bring a video.  When possible we will furnish horses for an additional fee.

We are offering a portion just for High School Rodeo.  The mentors will be past National High School Rodeo Queens or a National Director.  This entire portion will be High School Rodeo Queen information with those that know all High School Rodeo Rules.

Just like competing in a Rodeo Queen Contest bring your charismatic personality and queening attire just as if you were competing in a contest. Get ready to polish your speech, modeling, appearance, impromptu questions and personal interviews by, getting one-on-one feedback with experts in each category.
