The 2025 Basic Training Rodeo Queen Clinic will be held March 14 and 15, 2025 . At the Box  Elder County Fairgrounds located at 320 North 1000 West in Tremonton Utah 84337.

For horse stalls,  Contact Jan Rhodes at the Box Elder County Fairground @ (435) 279-0106.

Our host hotel is :The Western Inn located at 2301 West Main Street Tremonton, Utah is our host hotel.  (This is just a short distance from the Fairgrounds). They are giving you all a discount for staying with them.  Be sure to mention you are with the Basic Training Rodeo Queen Clinic to get your discount. To make reservations call (435) 257-3399.  This is a really cute place with a western flair.

We have been planning another great clinic.  We can’t wait to meet all of you or see you again which ever the case maybe we are so excited.

We have Kristie Q Designs back this year to get you all colorized so you’re wearing just the right color that will dazzle those judges.  Kristie will do this for you for an additional $20 per participant.  You will pay Kristie.

Our  Rodeo Queen Clothes Swap is back.  If you are part of the clinic there is no cost.  If you are bringing clothes in there will be a small fee of $30. Each person will be required to sign a release the Basic Training Rodeo Clinic will not be responsible for any lose, stolen or damaged items.

To pay for your spot in the clinic you can use Venmo @Lisa-Hadlock, or you can send a check to BTRQC 3223 West 4000 North Ogden, Utah 84404.                                                                                                           We have limited enrollment so get your entries in early.  You don’t want to miss out on this amazing opportunity.  No refunds after February 1, 2025.
